Google Workspace API data is treated separately. 5.1 Google Workspace API Data

VANX Universo Learning Academy allows authorized organization administrators to connect Google Drive to the Company’s Resource Library. Learning Academy may access Google Drive files and related metadata that the user explicitly selects, creates, uploads, or authorizes for use with the application.

Google Workspace API data is used only to provide user-facing Learning Academy functionality, including importing authorized company resources, displaying and managing those resources, uploading resources to Google Drive, using authorized Drive resources in courses, and creating a managed course copy when explicitly requested by an authorized user.

We do not sell Google Workspace API data. We do not use or transfer Google Workspace API data for advertising, remarketing, personalized advertising, marketing profiling, credit or lending decisions, data brokerage, or other unrelated purposes.

Google Workspace API data, including raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived data, is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Google Workspace OAuth credentials are protected using appropriate security controls. Access to connected Google Workspace resources is logically isolated by customer organization and is subject to application authorization controls.

Users and authorized administrators may disconnect the Google Drive integration. OAuth credentials associated with a disconnected integration are deleted or revoked in accordance with our data retention procedures.

The use of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
